| DKF-500SP,200SP models are batch type pre-expanders designed for small number of productions without errors through full-automatic opertion of input and ejection. With the fine adjustment of heat pressure (temperature) inside vessel the beads can be expanded at the same expansion rate, saving cost and can be used effectively as packing material. The expansion rate ranges from 5 to 85 times and it is adjusted by Load Cell and Indicator(1/200). Proper heat pessue(temperature)of each expansion rate can be maintained by data.
