- DKF-1800SP,9000SP models are for shape molding and block molding batch type pre-expanders designed for mass production without errors through full-automatic operation of input and ejection. With the fine adjustment of heat pressure(temperature)inside vessel the beads can be expanded at the same expansion rate, that saves costs and can be used effectively as packing and adiabatic material. The expansion rate ranges from 30 to 80 times (DKF-900SP:20~70 times) and it is adjusted by Load Cell and Indicator(1/100). Proper heat pressue(temperature) of each expansion rate can be maintained by data. In addition the expansion rate can be checked and recorded when necessary through expansion rate checking system that guarantees efficiency.
- The production quantity of this model is increased 40% than that of existing expander DKF-1800P.
- As two outlet of expended bead is installed in below part, so this model can prevent bloking phenomenon and shorten the discharging time.
- As it designed punching closely(0.4mm)the steam punched plate so in expanding steam spread in all side of vessel so that product has good quality of expanded bead.
- In this model hand-operated density measuring equipment is attached.
