Design
- Chamber made of steel sections and tubular steel (Mild steel)
- Frame Inside made of unhardened aluminium alloy
- Rods made of high tensile steel (hard chromium plated) with self-lubricating sintered phosphor bronze sleeves
- Air cylinders for moving frame with mould by manually adjustable proximity sensor.
- Ejector cylinders connected to chamber
- Hopper (6300L capacity) with 3 plug-in connections mounted on framework
- Filling block with quick plug in connectors for 3 filling injectors
